It is not just firing them which would solve the purpose Sanwali. Such incidents fill the general public with fear and they stop trusting the Police. It should result into a compoundable offence where a death sentence is the only penalty that is inflicted upon, setting an example for those who don’t respect the attire they adorn and the responsibilities that come along.

what wil the country do when the security insurers become the perpetrators. heaven help them th ecitizens will feel insecure. it would be like living in another totalitarian state where citizens have no voice and are at the will and fancy of the law makers. india is a democracy. these few destroy the efforts of the thousands others who sacrifice their lives to kep us safe.

i do agree with Atul that firing these morons will not solve any purpose but giving death sentences can backfire by pushing the criminal to kill the victim by permanently getting rid of the whole situation.

these kinda acts should surely be punished with setting examples but the law surely is considering various technicalities that can come along after passing a single judgment.
