Yep, but sorry once one door is closed another one opens,the gates of opportunity just replaces the gap,with another greedy person.Drug cartels are too powerful to just colapse and die.

Once those cartel figures are locked up, that's it! The War On Drugs will be won!

As it is, this arrest is irrelevant. Someone will attempt to take his place and probably succeed for a while. Then he'll get caught or killed and someone else will start the cycle all over again. In the meanwhile, we will continue to waste money on this failed, 40 year 'war on drugs'.
